Steam Power

Technology has come so far in such a small amount of time. When at the Edmonton Power Historical Foundation Museum I had a chance to look back on some of the pre-computer machinery used in the energy field. This level of intricacy and complication in machinery makes things like writing code look absolutely trivial. I can only imagine the level and amount of design that goes into these marvels of engineering, here are a few shots of a energy meter used in a steam generator system:
