Mount St. Edith

At the tail end of summer, my wife and I took a trip to Jasper for a weekend away with some friends. One of the big things I was hoping to capture were shots of lightning over the Jasper landscape as it had promised to storm that weekend. Unfortunately I was unable to capture any of the lightning shots but I did come away from the weekend with a bunch of cool photos I am proud to display.
First off are a few landscapes, which were taken at and around Mount St. Edith in Jasper. All shots shown were taking with a simple 50mm 1.8f prime canon lens.

And finally a shot of my beautiful wife, who just so happens to have a fotojournal blog of her own!
